On Mac, drag the app into Applications. On Windows, run the installer. Speech models are included. Setup opens inside the app.
Allow microphone access for dictation. Mac shortcuts and text insertion also need Accessibility permission.
Kokoro reads aloud; Whisper transcribes. English is the default, with other languages available. Local speech runs on your computer.
